Trainerax sells online coaching services. Nothing physical is shipped.

How the service is delivered

After payment your membership is active in the Trainerax app straight away, and you are matched with a coach (usually within 24 hours).
Your coach delivers the service in the app: your training and diet plan, chat, progress reviews and scheduled voice or video calls.
Coach plans bought by independent coaches are active in the Trainerax Coach app as soon as the payment is confirmed.
